You cannot measure whether or not God is in something by how much money you raise or don't raise. It is not correct to assume that if a church or ministry runs out of money, or has trouble raising money, that God isn't behind that church or ministry. God moves in the hearts of the people He expects to support that church or ministry, and if they choose to disobey or not to respond, then the consequences of that action may affect even churches and ministries whom God wants to exist and to thrive. Why God doesn't miraculously intervene to rescue these churches or ministries in other ways is as mysterious as why He doesn't answer prayers for healing or prayers for the provision.
