God never promises everyone will be healed this side of heaven. Many people write and teach that God promises healing to those who are sick. This is a terrible thing to teach since it leaves people whom God chooses not to heal believing they've done something wrong or have displeased God. Only God understands why He does heal some and not others; we must trust His wisdom.
