The Bible teaches that to be saved, you must agree (a) that you're a sinner; and (b) that Jesus died and was resurrected to pay for your sins, and then you must (c) accept His free gift of salvation. There is no other way to be saved.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
