What Workers Need
With nearly thirty years of combined experience in human resource management and workplace chaplaincy, we're had the opportunity to observe the difference between what workers want from their pastors and churches in their spiritual journey and what they need. We try to give voice to both their wants and needs, and to offer perspective on how pastors and churches might resonate with workers in ways that trigger cooperation between the church and the workplace.
